REAL-WORLD BLOCKCHAIN INFRASTRUCTURE
The payment rail Web2 runs on and Web3 makes possible.
QNulla is a permissioned blockchain payment network where financial institutions issue credit, merchants accept it, and consumers use it like a credit card. QNulla is not a card network and provides no card-network chargeback mechanism, so chargeback-based friendly fraud has no path to operate. Built for institutions. Not speculation.
Stress-tested under real-world conditions before a single live dollar moved
HotStuff BFT consensus. Deterministic. No probabilistic finality risk
Full protocol implementation. 580 automated tests passing
Interchange, reserve, and chargeback buffer removed from the pricing model
What we built
Permissioned Blockchain Rail. Public chains cannot carry commercial payment data. QNulla owns the rail entirely. Financial institutions, merchants, and consumers each have defined, verified roles. Same cryptographic guarantees as any public chain. None of the exposure.
Post-Quantum from Day One. Every transaction signature uses ML-DSA-65 (FIPS 204), the NIST-standardized post-quantum scheme finalized in 2024. Not a planned upgrade. The foundation.
Architected for the Breach. Every other chain is having the quantum conversation about how to keep attackers out. QNulla starts from the question the rest of the field has not asked: what an attacker would actually obtain if the perimeter were crossed. The rail is designed so that the answer is nothing of value, which makes the attack economically irrational before it is technically difficult. Full architecture disclosure under NDA.
No Chargeback Mechanism to Dispute Through. Every transaction is cryptographically signed and block-confirmed on an immutable chain. Because there is no card network in the transaction path, there is no chargeback to file and nothing for chargeback-based friendly fraud to operate through. Consumer disputes over delivery or product condition are handled in the QNulla Dispute Center, where merchant and consumer resolve the matter directly.
Institutional-Grade Compliance Built In. Identity verification through Plaid Identity Verification, covering government ID review, selfie and liveness check, and authoritative database screening, plus AML screening and OFAC sanctions matching embedded in onboarding. Every participant verified before they transact.
Two-leg architecture
Leg 1: NFLOW Rail
PILOT Q4 2026 · LAUNCH Q1 2027
Consumer revolving credit. $250 to $1,000 lines. 1 NFLOW = 1 USD. Institution issues, earns, and owns the relationship. No card-network chargebacks.
Leg 2: Legacy Migration
BUILT · LAUNCH POST-AUDIT
Institutional settlement infrastructure migration onto the QNulla rail. Onboarding fee plus annual license plus 1.0 to 2.5 bps on notional.
Revenue model
Three derived revenue streams
Rail Fee. Tiered at 1.1% (in-person / POS), 2.1% (standard e-commerce), and 3.1% (specialty e-commerce) on every settled transaction. Merchant-paid.
Issuer Fees. 0.50% conversion fee on consumer repayments plus phased origination ($0 / $25 / $50 per consumer, Years 1 to 3). Issuer-paid.
Legacy Migration (Leg 2). Platform onboarding fee, annual license, and 1.0 to 2.5 bps on notional per institutional client.
Why institutional
On traditional card rails, issuers carry chargeback liability on every disputed transaction. QNulla provides no card-network chargeback mechanism, so that liability does not arise. Issuers earn interest on the consumer credit lines they underwrite and hold, at rates the network is designed to accommodate in the 20 to 28% range. Every merchant is a deposit opportunity. Every consumer is a credit relationship the issuer owns end to end.
Build state
For financial institution partners
The standard model for all FI partners is consumer credit issuer only. The institution's relationship is with individual consumers, not specialty merchants. No direct merchant accounts, no direct merchant deposits, no direct merchant exposure at any step.

Settlement

Regulatory structure: BPS Digitals US Inc. holds a Michigan Money Transmitter License, subject to DIFS examination, and a federal Money Services Business (MSB) registration with FinCEN. Dennis Spencer (CEO) is designated Chief Compliance Officer, BSA/AML certified. Compliance obligations attach to BPS Digitals as the direct-facing licensed intermediary, not the FI partner.
What this means for your institution
- Counterparties are consumers (credit) and BPS Digitals US Inc. (settlement), never direct merchant exposure
- No transaction-level visibility required. Structurally identical to credit card issuance
- Interest income on consumer credit lines the institution underwrites, holds, and services
- Every merchant on the network is a potential deposit relationship you own end to end
- Full program documentation available: MSB licensing, KYC/KYB process, settlement flow, BSA/AML materials
